I have been going to Fiona for a couple of years now and I would never go to anyone else again. She is fantastic and I’ve confidently introduced various friends/family to her. I’ve been for facials, deep tissue, full body and more recently mum-to-be massages.

Every treatment has left me feeling amazing and they’re so much better than the ones I’ve had at spa hotels.
Fiona is always so warm, friendly and lovely to chat with but equally lets you drift off and relax if you so wish. It’s the perfect balance.

Plus the new treatment room at Methley is lovely.

Fiona is amazing! She's an incredibly skilled masseuse and absolutely lovely too. I've been recommending her to everyone since I discovered her. Last Friday night I slept unbroken through the night for the first time in over 6 months and can only conclude it was due to the deep tissue massage I'd received earlier that day, as everything else about my routine had been the same.

Whether it's a deep tissue or a more relaxing massage you need, you're in safe, strong, skilled hands with Fiona. I have recommended her to my clients too 🙂

I’ve been going to Fiona since the start of 2024 and I can honestly say she’s incredible. I got regularly for both relaxation and to get rid of some stubborn knots. Both me and my husband have been and we won’t go anywhere else now.

We paid for an expensive spa day with treatments at a top spa hotel and they were rubbish compared to Fiona. We certainly won’t be doing that again. Fiona every time!

I've visited this lovely space 3 times now, having different treatments each time. Massage and facials have been excellent, leaving me feeling refreshed and glowing. Fiona is both friendly and professional, makes you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. Definitely recommend and I will be returning

I was bought a gift voucher for my birthday, what a wonderful present it turned out to be! Fiona was so very, very good. I had opted for an Ayurveda Marma point massage, she explained how it worked and following detailed questions, the ideal oil for me was agreed. I have never experienced Ayuverda before, but wouldn't have anything else now. When I left I felt amazing and can only describe it as feeling lighter. Fiona is an expert at what she does and I will certainly be returning!

Fiona is amazing, professional, friendly and accommodating. I felt safe and the products were lovely.
I had a beautiful hot stones massage, pressure adjusted to my needs.
I was stressed and had a lot of tension in my back and neck, but Fiona’s massage technique totally released all the tension.
