Having attended Rise & Reform right from when their Barnsley studio opened in November 2024, I can say I have definitely found a new hobby. There is something about a 6am Pilates class which sets me up for the day, oh and the coffee is a bonus treat! Molly and Millie are the two instructors at the classes I attend and they are both wonderful. Knowledgable about the moves and always help you with your form. With only 6 reformer beds the classes are perfect for beginners or those wishing to perfect their form. I would recommend Rise & Reform to anyone looking to start reformer Pilates.

I’ve been attending reformer classes at Rise and Reform since they opened at the end of 2024 and I haven’t looked back. The studio is beautifully decorated and is the perfect environment for classes. The instructors are lovely, friendly and all have their own different styles of teaching, which is nice if you want to mix up which classes you attend. The classes don’t get easier, you just feel yourself getting stronger.

My first time doing Pilates today, I felt so so welcome at the Barnsley Rise & Reform, and as a complete beginner it was challenging but definitely do-able. You can’t miss out on this! And it look so beautiful inside

I’ve been attending rise and reformer for the past 2 months and really enjoy the sessions! They are never the same and the instructors are really welcoming and help with all the moves. The classes challenge you in a good way and even as an beginner I feel confident in the moves

Had another amazing session today! The studio is so welcoming and classes are so enjoyable. I’ve been a few times now and all instructors are great. Molly mixes it up too so constantly doing different moves. And the coffee at the end of the session is an added bonus.

I joined rise & reform as a complete beginner and was nervous about not being able to keep up with everyone. However, all of the instructors that i have had have made sure that everyone feels comfortable with the reformers whether you’re a beginner or advanced! There are only 6 spots per class which makes the session feel more relaxed and less intimidating🤍Molly always makes me feel comfortable during every session and always pushes the group to make the most of the time spent on the reformers🌸
