Dreadful place, they terminated my sons school placement without warning after 2 and a half years there, he did nothing wrong. Its like a cult, if you question them they exclude you from the Running Deer 'Family' and did great damage to my autistic son, he lost all trust in people and schools, its run by a family, it is non Section 41 and does not follow national exclusion laws. They are more bothered about winning awards and writing relentlessly positive blog posts than making adjustments to meet disabled kids needs. Not recommended for autism or PDA kids, and not good value use of public money.

Hi, I attended the fire making day with my Son he has PDA and very much struggles with demand and anxiety. We arrived a little late and were greated by Sam. We were shown round our workshop area and introduced to the rest of the group. The course was great fun being able to flit between fire making and exploring the site. My son was happy to go off with our host's and enjoyed their interactions immensely. I would really like to thank Sam, Dave and CJ. We will definitely be returning
