Staff are incredibly rude! Very dismissive and do not let you speak in your meetings.

Had to report a complaint cos they don’t know what they’re talking about.

a member of staff accused me of being rude and shouting when all I was doing was being passionate but tried to stereotype. If I was shouting why didn’t security come over

Rude incompetant staff. Sat waiting for my appointment for the 20 mins only to be told I would have to have to come back another time , a 5 mile walk! complaining to a manager about it was even worse, rude and couldn't care less.

2. FREE Printing (ask staff for more details)
3. Citizen Advice Bureau - available on certain days, requires booking. Support with application forms and any benefit advice.
