Super slow! Slow communication, feedback, everything is just so slow with these people! The course content was great but set up, dated. Using old PDF'S in 2024. I would not recommend this course provider

Was part of a Clubs Clinic in partnership with Sport Structures recently. The content was excellent, thorough and well delivered. Jo was engaging and sought strong interaction with attendees which added to the experience.

Having completing my operations and departmental level 5 apprenticeship with Jo Collins i had an excellent experience. Jo has a wealth of knowledge in this area which share freely shared, and was always able and willing to support and work through any current challenges i was facing in my day to day work, which always put the theory and learning into context in my working role. Jo was always available at the other end of an email or teams call if i had any questions and wanted to ensure i understood the content and any tasks to be completed.
