Step Teachers is a fantastic Teaching Agency!! From the initial phone call to finding work, they have always been so supportive.

Every morning, I call up and am greeted by Gianni, Kieren or other friendly members of the team. They are always amazing at giving all the necessary information each day in order to make sure that I have a smooth teaching day. Not only do they find me regular work, they also know me as an individual. It makes such a difference that we can joke with each other and also confide in them if I ever want to speak to them about anything I am concerned about. I am not just another Supply, I am an individual that is valued and respected.

This was the first teaching agency I worked with and it was the best experience as they really know how to look after their supply staff and look out for their well being all the time.
Step Teachers were always happy to accommodate me in schools where I felt comfortable and supported me fully throughout the 4 years that I worked with them. Even throughout the Covid lockdown they took care of their teaching staff and made sure we were all doing okay.

I’ve now moved up North and at first it took a while for me to get into work, but Step Teachers called and tried to help with the process moving forward faster and this showed how they looked out for their staff regardless of me not working with them anymore. It would have been wonderful to have a Step Teachers here.

I highly recommend using Step Teachers as your supply agency.
Gianni was very helpful and knowledgable through the registration process. Kieren quickly found me a long term placement in a lovely school that matched all of my specified attributes. Throughout, I received phone calls to check how was getting on and also support when I needed documents to prove my income for a new mortgage.
