My Daughter has been attending Strike for a couple of years now, she loves Taekwondo and loves Master Lisa. It has been brilliant to watch her confidence grow as she learns more. The team are fantastic and organise lots of tournaments and social gatherings. Its a great studio with competent and caring staff. Highly recommend Strike.

I started attending with my daughter 6 years ago, having never done any form of martial art. My fitness and flexibility have improved so much, I wish I'd tried it years ago. I would honestly advise anyone who wants to learn taekwondo to get in touch with group. Lisa and her team are amazing, they have helped my son so much over the last year. They are amazing with children with SEN, my child is Autistic and they support him in every way.
I would highly recommend them.

My daughter introduced me to the Strike Taekwondo club and it is easily the best thing I have ever done. Being around 50 I didn’t think I would be fit enough but the way Master Lisa and the other excellent instructors run the club means there is no pressure at all. I have worked my way up and am currently training for my black tag belt (the one before Black Belt) and am immensely proud of what I have achieved. Our daughter is now a Black Belt herself and it has helped her confidence no end. If you fancy it just come along and you will be given a warm welcome 👍

I can't rate strike taekwondo highly enough. Lisa is very patient with the kids and my son has come on leaps and bounds. The class sizes are the perfect size so everyone can join in. It's a very warm and welcoming environment and I would urge parents to get their kids signed up because it helps with self confidence as well as self defense.

Both my girls (6&7) really enjoy coming here.
Very well structured and they are well supported and encouraged.

They love to practice and show off their moves to us at home and have loved taking part in the competitions.
