Terrible experience — avoid!
Update 7/1/25 - resorted to credit card charge back, as the company didn't process my refund as they promised.

This company sells flight training and experience vouchers that they cannot deliver on. I have been trying for a number of months to schedule the training that I already paid for, but every time I contact them, they tell me they are fully booked for the month and to call back the next month. When I call back, I get the same response, and they are not helpful in resolving the issue.

The website suggests a professional well supported flight company, but the reality was far from and very much lacking. Booked a flying lesson as a gift in May, but heard nothing from the company after chasing them via telephone (invariably defaults to a pre-recorded message saying you cannot leave a message), sending e-mails and attending their office a number of times. We were promised a scheduling email for dates in June and July, but did not receive any. Needless to say after raising this in August and again in September we still had no email to highlight flight opportunities. Our email to request a refund was not answered and we only knew we had received the refund when we checked the credit card statement. We thought the company had gone bust and checked with Companies House. As their website says they offer a memorable experience, but all for the wrong reasons…. To be avoided.

I recently did a 45 minute trail lesson and can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life. I was able to choose the flight path myself over the town I live which added to the experience.

There’s a nice team of people and special recognition to my pilot Alan who was just fantastic. He’s informative and calming with a sense of humour (which helps any nerves) yet still incredibly professional, I had family come to watch and Alan came over before and after to chat with the them which is a nice touch and the kids loved talking to a real life pilot, he really made my experience excellent! Cannot wait to go back and do it again.

10/10 highly recommended.

Frustrating experience! Been trying since two months to get a trial flight and was repeatedly promised call backs. When I finally got through, they put my booking on the wrong date in their system and the lady at the front desk did not even bother to apologise and just asked me to go through the booking process again.

Had the absolute pleasure of flying a Cessna with Joel recently. This was a 50th birthday present delayed due to Covid and poor weather.
It was worth the wait! Joel took the time to explain the various controls on the aircraft using a model then helped me apply the theory while actually flying.
Fantastic experience, thanks folks and 100% well done to Joel, Suzy and team for helping make the day such great fun ?

Best flying school in the local area. Friendly and knowledgeable team. Well priced in comparison to other schools with a good reliable fleet and spare aircraft available. Good for ab-initio pilots and pilots converting from other qualifications.
