I’m about to complete my HNC with T3 training and have loved my experience/time here.

Having not had much construction experience before, that staff have been very helpful and supportive, enabling me to complete the work to the best of my ability and making the learning environment interesting and not too overwhelming for someone like me. I’ve had plenty of support with assignments from staff.

The learning environment and equipment available has been fine - there are plenty of computers in every classroom, or you can bring your own laptop if you have one, which is what I chose to do.

As for staff, like in every educational institution in the country (and indeed in every industry) people move on, and yes some have moved on from T3, but I’ve seen plenty of effort to recruit to posts. I’ve also not had any issues with individual staff either.

My overall experience at T3 has helped me to have the confidence to further my studies and apply for a degree apprenticeship in the construction/design industry, something I would never have imagined for myself before.

Level 3 Construction in the built Environment, I enrolled onto this course with little understanding in the construction industry. I was given some of the best help and guidance throughout the 2 years. I spent hours learning and was given the support:platform by the T3 team in not only passing but achieving a D*D* in the BTEC! This wouldn’t have been achieved without Joanne's hard work and meticulous marking. She has shaped my career and future for the better. I couldn’t recommend this course more highly.

I have recently completed my level 3 btec in civil engineering at t3 training and had the best 2 years there. I was supported by all the lovely staff and helped where needed. I thoroughly enjoyed attending once a week for the past 2 years and couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone thinking about studying here

I started my journey with T3 Training & Development during the start of COVID, which was tough for all involved. The staff at T3 had to adapt quickly and smoothly to ensure all learners would not suffer any setbacks from this tough period. T3 worked brilliantly to ensure all of our needs were met with remote sessions or in-person sessions for all those who were not able to be remote, ensuring all guidelines were met.

I enrolled in both the Engineering Design & Draughting Standard and the Level 3 Construction and the Built Environment course. As an older learner, to say I was nervous was an understatement! Each member of staff that I interacted with made me feel settled and more confident.

In particular, Joanne Hawksworth spotted that I was low on confidence and offered me 1-2-1 sessions over Teams after the class had ended to go through certain parts again and again until they made sense!

Joanne Hawksworth, along with many other tutors (you know who you are!), took me under their wing throughout my T3 journey and gave me the tools to help me achieve my D*D* grade.

I owe so much to the team at T3 and I would highly recommend T3 Training & Development courses to anyone wanting to achieve a brilliant qualification.
