Very friendly staff. Went in to buy wedding rings with the partner and they talked through loads of different options and were very thoughtful and understanding of our budget and what we wanted for our rings. Matt was great. Sat and spoke with us for nearly 2 hours and answered all our questions. We felt very at ease and didn’t feel pressured, he was fab. Bought my wedding ring!! Couldn’t recommend the shop enough, reasonable prices and better that your usual franchise jewellers.

My engagement ring is a unique shape and setting so to say I was excited when I found a ring to fit is an understatement. I can’t wait for it to come in and it’s made our wait for the day to arrive that much more exciting!!!

I wanted to remount my diamond earrings and stumbled up on Case & Case and dealt with Grace. In brief, she’s an asset to company, warm, welcoming, attentive, efficient and patient. The remodelling of my earrings took longer than expected as they were supposed to be reset in a pre-made mount. This wasn’t the perfect fit for my diamonds and so the mount was hand made to perfection. Throughout the process Grace kept me updated, emailed and called when she said she would, thorough and always as cheerful and excited about my earrings as I was. I got a very personal and attentive service from all the staff including the owner. Nothing was ever too much Grace and I really appreciated that as these earrings hold great sentimental value for me. I was even gifted with flowers along with my earrings on collection! have a few more remodelling works on the horizon and I will definitely be going Case & Case to see Grace and the team and I have recommended them to family and friends

I only went in to try on some wedding bands and ended up sending my engagement ring off for resizing. I was very skeptical as 4 different jewellers (big names included) told me it wasn’t possible/they wouldn’t be willing to try as my ring is quite unique.
3 days later, my ring was ready to be picked up. I still didn’t believe they’d done it 😂 When I picked it up, it looked brand new and IT FIT ME! My fiancé and I have been engaged for 2 years and I had accepted that the ring would never fit properly so to say I was emotional, well!
All the staff I’ve interacted with were lovely and I am so glad I walked into their shop that day. I have fallen in love with my ring all over again and I can’t thank them enough. Their goldsmith deserves an award 🩷

My experience at case and case was wonderful. Caroline was so helpful and a really lovely lady. Myself and my friend even got treated to a really nice glass of prosecco. I was asked my price range and what I was after as well as the style of the person I was buying for and was then showed lots of options. It feels very expensive and fancy here but without talking down to you or judging you. Would highly recommend coming here.
