Absolutely recommend!
My partner and I had a great experience with Jess. She was very professional and incredibly easy to talk to. We were extremely nervous about doing our wedding dance practice, but she made us feel totally at ease from the start. Jess was also super quick at replying to our emails and questions, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you're feeling nervous about your first dance, we would definitely recommend working with her and the Studio – we’re so glad we did!

I love the beginners class even though I've been coming for quite a while. It's great fun and Jess breaks the steps down and teaches at a good pace. I like that I can build on the level 1 steps to improve my foundation of steps. There's people of all different ages and abilities attend and everyone's always welcoming.

I also attend the musical theatre class which is great fun. It helps me build on what I learn in the beginners class as it's a step up to intermediate and challenges me to push myself. I'm so glad I found these classes!

I've really enjoyed my ballet fundamentals part 1 course with Maddie and the rest of the group! I've wanted to learn ballet since I was a child and I took the bet, now at 20 years old. The first lesson I really didn't like it but just stick with it! I've grown a lot in confidence since taking the classes and would recommend to anybody who is thinking on it. I've not taken any other dance lessons at the dance studio but I can guess they're good too!

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is inviting and lively, and even if you are self conscious (like me) you feel as though you are not being judged, but encouraged!

Bring an open mind, curiosity, passion (and a bottle of water) and you'll eventually feel the positive difference in both your mind and body👍🩰

We had three lessons with Holly so we were ready for our first dance. Neither of us are dancers but Holly put us very much at ease and oozed positivity. Holly pulled together a routine and was really patient and flexible. What an absolutely fantastic personal service. Holly - you are a star. Thank you so much.

I absolutely love the dance for beginners classes, after not dancing since school I was abit nervous attending at first but Jess makes everyone feel welcome and creates a fun atmosphere! The different themes every work cover many different styles so there’s always something new to learn. I’m always looking forward to the next class!

I joined the dance for beginners class not really sure what to expect having never done anything similar and I’ve been really impressed, Jess has been amazing and really makes sure everyone is included, regardless of ability.
The variety in the schedule is a great way to try different things and overall it’s a really enjoyable class I will definitely continue to go 😊

Katie helped us with our first dance for our wedding in the woods. We honestly cannot recommend Katie and Dance Studio Leeds highly enough. Katie made us feel really comfortable and choreographed a dance that our guests were really impressed with even with our limited capabilities. Katie was really patient and encouraging and made us feel at ease. Thank you so much, we nailed the first dance and without your help would have just awkwardly swayed.
