Gave a VERY large donation, the man at the till just looked through me like I was invisible, it took me asking for help before he got someone from out the back to help me.
He had no problem helping me empty my car out of donations but didn't get a single thank you even though there were 3 bags of books, and a whole suitcase of clothing, which they didn't even check if I wanted the suitcase back.
Just no manners at all.
Certainly won't be donating here again!
