We just had my sons birthday party here and he had a great time. The ladies running it were just lovely and so helpful. The venue was clean and tidy and the food platters we ordered for the kids and the adults were really nice and well worth the money. Looking forward to having our next play date with you guys.

Overpriced and unsuitable for smaller walkers/ babies compared to other smaller play cafes in Surrey which have more toys and bigger floor play areas. Play area is very small, each section has very limited height so no room for adults if child needs supervision or help climbing up unlike the other smaller play cafes . It’s more of a cafe than a play cafe. Would be suitable for 2-3 year olds but I wouldn’t bring a 4 yr old. I found staff to be argumentative/ adverse to listening when I tried to give feedback about my visit and clarity of info re age appropriateness. They shut me down and referenced website information that doesn’t feature on the mobile website which is where most people will book. On a tablet the about us page also doesn’t display correctly.

We visited the cafe for the first time on their on their 1st Birthday! ☺️
Me and my son really enjoyed our visit. Both me and my 8 month old had a meal. I was a bit worried about what I could give my son but they had Ella’s Kitchen purées in the fridge and prepared it for us.
Staff were really friendly and interacted with my son as I got to enjoy my coffee with dessert.
Will definitely visit again soon!

Lovely little play cafe! Our first time today and we’ll definitely be back. Great play area for the little ones to explore & really safe. Great service, great coffee and food - toastie for mum and my little one loved his fish fingers! Really good set up with high chairs and great changing area. Everything you need in a cosy little place!

Just had my daughters 4th birthday here, it was perfect.
We had 8 children, the play area was bigger than I remembered. Donna and her team gave us the best service. Helping to decorate and keeping the party moving with food, cake and game time. They also catered for Nut and Dairy allergies which was most appreciated. Everyone really enjoyed themselves and were complimentary of the venue. Would recommend for this age group or younger.

We had the best experience yesterday. We had a visit from a family friend and her seven month old and were a little apprehensive about coming. Baby had the best time, parents and kids were amazing. It was such a good vibe and great price point. Maisie was amazing at interacting with the kids and made the best hot chocolate. Can't believe how clean it was!

Stumbled across this lovely place when I was waiting to pick my daughters up from their pony day. It's perfectly compact and lovely for a not so crazy soft play, I would say its great for small children up to the age of 3.
I didn't book a session, but luckily, they had space to accommodate, so we walked in.
Reasonable price to get in for an hour and a half session, which is more then enough time.

The play area is a small space to the left hand side as you walk in and it is compact and clean. There is a counter where you can order food and drinks to the left and then in front of you is the seating area again very clean. As between sessions they give everything a quick clean.

There are books, colouring and toys available in the baskets near the play area.

I would say food and drink are probably priced about right for the area and the same as what you would pay in a Costa or Starbucks but with the added bonus of your little ones being kept busy.

The team are friendly, parking is close by and charged at a reasonable price, I paid £3 for 6 hours

A little gem of a place. Quite a small location, but numbers are kept under control, so it's never overrun. I booked online. Staff are lovely, food is yum, coffee is good and the whole place is very clean. The activities and softplay are gorgeous and I will definitely be going back with my little man.
