I visited store today and needed help with some measurements and I won’t bother purchasing from here again. Staff were so u helpful literally didn’t even want to help and I saw the staff member pull a face when another asked them to help me. Took my custom to dunelm who couldn’t have been more willing to help.

Another shoppers favourite and I understand why. Competitive pricing and a first stop for me before similar stores like Dunelm. I needed to buy a 10.5 tog king size duvet. The pricing information for the range of duvets was horrendous and made a simple purchase harder then it needed to be.
I decided to ask for a price at checkout before I decided to buy. All said and done The Range is always worth a visit for good value purchases.

I'm really disappointed with this place. We went last night to pick up a table I had seen online but went upstairs and was horrified by the sight. It looked like a warehouse rather than a shop. It was an absolute mess everywhere.
Staff was just walking around, not looking busy, and ignored customers. Rather rude, really.
I couldn't get our pushchair around much of the shop either.
We decided that it was too much effort to get around the mess to look at the table, so we are going to look elsewhere, maybe Dunelm.
We did buy a small Christmas decoration, but when we went to pay the staff behind the tills were more bothered about finishing their conversation rather than serving us.
Management has to improve things here.

I would just like to say a big thank you to the staff at your Erdington shop for the help and consideration they shown us when the power went off on 07.01.2025 .
My aunt is in a wheel chair and we were on the second floor ,with no lift we were stuck with no way down.But the very kind and helpful staff and my cousin manage to carry her down the emergency stairs and also sorted out our purchase.Without their kind help we would have had to wait for the power to come back on.
Your staff were the best and you as a business are lucky to have such good people working for you .

Visit quite frequently as I get a few supplies for my small business from here, overall one of the better range stores in terms of actual store. However some staff upstairs are constantly gossiping and bitching every time I visit. Few of the younger girl staff members are pleasant.

Like the range. It's like Wilko used to be, lots of stuff that you don't find elsewhere. Quality can be hit and miss however. I bought an extendable brush to clean the upstairs windows. I had to take it to pieces and screw everything back together to stop it leaking. When I used it, the extending pole shot off like a javelin under the pressure of the hose. It had not been glued in properly. Judicious use of super glue and gorilla tape and now it works fine. Used it a second time. Brush broke off, couldn't be repaired. Took it back and got a refund.

Very poor customer service. Just asked where bail of straw is as shown on their Web site. Young lad pointed somewhere over there. Not kind reply you want. It's hard enough to find staff on floor to help and when you do reply...over there.
Thought give it another go after not been in for a year.
Sadly nothing changed. Stock everywhere. Floors so dirty. Had shopping went to till. Next thing I know girl left till and had just gone. So I just left shopping.

H&s very poor stock every where.
