Attended both the First Aid and Door supervisor Top up @saints training. I really enjoyed the well run courses. I already had a first aid background but still enjoyed the course. I did my Door supervisor back in 2017 and was in need of a refresher and really enjoyed the course especially with Sheryl running the course. Must say I had forgotten most of what I learnt but this training and Sherry have re-wired my brain. Thank you all at Saints training and keep up the good work.

Thank you to all at SainTs Training! I enjoyed my experience during the course. The team is great, and maintain a positive attitude. Very helpful staff members and a pleasant atmosphere. The information taught allowed me to gain a variety of qualifications (Door Supervisor, First Aid and CCTV) which in turn granted me the opportunity to apply for my SIA Badge. I am truly grateful! I recently did the first aid and door supervision course and can honestly say it blew me away, I didn't know what to expect when starting the course but it was a great experience. The teachers Sheryl and Trevor are great, I can't praise them enough for how far they go to help you. Any questions or queries I asked were answered and the week honestly flew by. If you're looking to get your badge or even doing a top up then I would highly recommend Saints Training, you will learn so much and be treated with such respect plus you'll even have a laugh along the way... 10/10 for me 👍

Recently attended a top up course with saints training and my experience was absolutely horrific.

This is a course that has many job centre claimants who really don't want to be there which destroys the atmosphere.

The instructor, the larger woman who was teaching seemed very aggressive in nature and constantly frustrated, especially if you ask questions that she's already explained.

She does not like repeating herself although that's expected in her teaching role. I think it is more of a ego situation where the large lady has a dopamine hit when she can swear and belittle seasoned men who are students on the course, who essentially cannot say nothing back due to fear of being kicked off the course and loosing your paid cash or job centre benefits.

The tall male instructor who was there was alot more professional and relaxed, Where as as the other instructor was far too emotional which gets the better of her in a work environment which is terribly unprofessional to the point of the person did not realise they where embarrassing them self and had the class talking about it on break time.

Positive things to say about the course is that they offer a number of courses, first aid CCTV and much more. The admin staff make you feel very welcome and are very professional. I cannot fault them.

Overall I score the place 2/10 due to the admin staff and courses available. It such a shame that one person really lets the company down
I'm happy I have passed but it was a terrible two days. I'd definitely shop around if you would like a more thorough intensive course where the instructor answers your questions correctly and does not take things personal.

I attended saints training to get my CCTV operations and my Door supervisor certificates, and I passed both thanks to the great team they have, everything is taught well and sufficiently I really enjoyed it.
