I am in the final stages of completing a Level 4 Employability Practitioner apprenticeship, which included needing to complete a functional skills Maths qualification. I wanted to say a massive thank you to Total Training provision for the support with the qualification. In particular, today, I found out that I have passed the Maths exam. As Maths has always been a challenging subject for me, this achievement feels massively special. A massive thank you to Jack and most recently Alex. You both helped me enormously. I always enjoyed the online learning sessions. More than this, you motivated, encouraged and inspired me. Even at times, when I doubted myself, and whether I could pass, you kept me focused, and made me believe. I am preparing for the gateway part of the apprenticeship now. I also wanted to say a big thanks to Ellie and most recently Ryan for all the support. It is not easy doing an apprenticeship, alongside a full time job. Wot can I say about total training from start to finish made me feel so relaxed during my training for my cscs card Karl was amazing showed me the learning process come tested day it was stress free I could not recommend total training enough to all friend and family members who need any training to speak to the team at total training o and Claire thank you so much to all the team for getting me though cscs 🙏🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

My overall experience with total training has be amazing. Its been a great experience! I have learnt a on this course and due to the broad knowledge of Mike King. He explains everything in such details and in a way it is easily absorbed. Along with this he holds such a friendly manner. As much as this course has been amazing and has provided me with a-lot of knowledge about construction. I would definitely recommended total training provision but the person who has made it was Mike for his friendliness.

Functional skills - English and Maths level 2 - Tutor Jason made the training look so easy and understandable (I have not been born in England) Made me feel relaxed and engaged into the activities and this made learning even easier. Passed my exams first times.

Jack took over my Functional ICT as part of my apprenticeship when the mentor I originally had left the business.
Jack was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly during each interaction and was hugely supportive in my journey to pass ICT.
He was able to identify areas I needed more support and provided this in our teaching sessions. Nothing was too much trouble for him, especially if I needed a topic repeating or reinforcing.
Overall, Jack was a really
great ICT tutor and a credit to TTP!
