Really good entry level course delivered by a trainer who knows his subject and obviously takes pride in his work. Phil (the Trainer) was great and helped me out when I needed a laptop, the course notes only said " You may wish to bring a laptop" I would say it is essential. Once the course was over I phoned the Train Aid team, to discuss this point they listened to my experiences, discussed improvements, they then actioned.
You don't get that everyday!

Fantastic course, it's a shame it wasn't a bit longer as there was a lot of information to digest but the trainer Phil was brilliant, I learned a lot from him and the other students. Would like to take the next level if I can twist my gaffer's arm.
