Attending Whyy Change has been fantastic!

I have recently completed Level 4 Improvement Practitioner apprenticeship.

The weekly workshops at Whyy have been engaging and enjoyable. I have learned so much from Ray and Greg during the past 15 months, the sessions held there have been my highlight of the week.

I highly recommend Whyy Change! I've been studying CIPD Level 3 with Laura, and it’s been an incredibly positive experience. Laura is an outstanding teacher and guide, providing invaluable support—especially for those, like me, who feel a bit nervous about returning to studying. She creates a relaxed atmosphere where you feel comfortable asking questions. The in-person teaching sessions have been a huge advantage, especially in today’s world where most things are online. I can wholeheartedly say that my experience with Whyy Change has been a turning point in my professional career. I completed a HR Level 3 apprenticeship with Laura and plan on moving onto the level 5. Having previously tried distance learning and really struggled with it, I had no confidence in my knowledge and abilities when I started the course. With the support from Whyy Change I felt like a different person at the end. The atmosphere at Whyy was friendly and accommodating, I enjoyed attending the co-horts every week and catching up with Emma and Laura as well as being able to share opinions and views on the topics we discussed. I can’t recommend Whyy Change enough!

Over the past two years, I completed my Level 4 Lean Six Sigma Apprenticeship with them, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Throughout the apprenticeship, I gained invaluable skills in teamwork and learned everything necessary to become a proficient Lean Six Sigma practitioner.
Since completing the program, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in both my work efficiency and the quality of my projects. The training was so effective that
I’ve started teaching others in my department how to use certain tools and find ways to improve for the future.

One of the most remarkable aspects of my experience was the support I received while resitting my Level 2 English. As someone who struggled with the subject in school,
I felt fully supported every step of the way, which made a huge difference.
