I started my journey here two months ago, and while I have a bit of a fitboxe background from another gym, I didn’t have any experience with the kickboxing side of things. I’ll admit I was a bit nervous for my first class! But honestly, the atmosphere here is so welcoming. All the instructors are not only kind but also really supportive, taking the time to teach and re-explain the combos to everyone. It’s also great to train alongside people at different levels/belts, which adds a beautiful sense of community!
