Kat is an excellent therapist, she really understands the body, and works with a range of tools to heal / fix your problem.. I’ve been having treatment for plantar fasciitis, including shockwave therapy and massage. Full professionalism and a friendly atmosphere during the visit. Lots of tips and sample exercises to do at home. My son loves coming for visits.
I also stayed as a patient myself, as a patient who reported pain in the groin and received immediate help. Kasia greatly relieved my pain.

Kats a great physio with encyclopaedic knowledge. Has all the necessary tools and is highly competent with great empathy and listening skills.

Following my first session with Kat over a month ago to help with my rehab of a torn muscle, and despite several phone calls, emails and text messages to schedule in the next session, I've been totally ghosted. I'm at a complete loss as to why. Such a shame as I could see a path to return to complete fitness based on what Kat shared with me.
