Reflexology Appointment Review

I recently had a reflexology session with Alison, and it was a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Alison took the time to discuss any concerns I had and explained how reflexology could help.

The session itself was deeply relaxing. Alison applied gentle but firm pressure to various points on my feet, whilst explaining how they correspond to different organs and systems in the body. I could feel tension melting away, and, I even noticed relief in areas where I typically hold stress. The experience was not just about relaxation—it felt like a reset for my entire body.

By the end of the appointment, I felt incredibly relaxed. Overall, I highly recommend reflexology to anyone looking for a natural way to relieve stress and promote well-being. I will definitely be booking another session with Alison at The Spiritual Haven.

I have visited Alison twice now, once for healing and once for a reading.
I have never done anything like this before so I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect but Alison made me feel relaxed as soon as I got there.
Alison took her time and explained everything to me in depth as there was a lot of terminology that I did not understand. I left feeling lighter and positive.
The reading I had was accurate and insightful. During the session I was also given advice on house cleansing and a meditation method which I believe I will find really useful.

I have visited Alison on several occasions in her relaxing, peaceful Haven. She is such a lovely, caring and spiritual lady who has done everything to help and advise me with her true gift and knowledge. I do still have some health challenges to overcome on my continuing healing journey but the tools and techniques that I have already learned from Alison (like protecting myself from negative energy from others) have been invaluable and I shall continue to do them everyday.

Alison is a lovely lady. Very welcoming, warm and insightful.

Absolutely mind blowing. From the moment i picked up the phone to the follow up phone call the next day.
If you’re thinking of making the call, honestly, just make it. Everything will make sense and fall into place once you do. My daughter wanted to have our house cleansed after something not quite being right at home. Once Alison spoke to me, my mind and world was opened beyond words. That said she explained everything and every step in such depth that everything was clear.
