I have completed two courses with Josh, the HETAS service and maintenance and the chimney systems course. Both courses were run very well and i would highly recommend booking onto any of the courses. I'm looking forward to going back and completing my HETAS installer course.

Really enjoyed the day’s training with Josh and Clive, nice relaxed environment with plenty of refreshments, they are very knowledgeable and friendly, encourage everyone to ask questions and explain everything you ask them about. Highly recommend this course.

Went on the Principles of Chimney Lining Systems course. Very informative, especially the guest speaker (whose name escapes me). I feel that I learnt a lot. And am looking forward to the 2 day stove course next week.

Having experienced training courses run by other organisations which were rather lacking, I was very impressed with the set up of H Firkins & Sons facility in Milton Keynes.

Easy to access and park at the centre. Clean and tidy facilities within and knowledgable trainers and assessor who actually took pride in what they did in making the learning engaging and enjoyable.
From the communication at the beginning, to arrival and understanding of future steps of learning, all was explained and thoroughly presented.
For a new training facility, this has set the bar for others to attain. Id rather come back here again than any other centre.

Excellent training facility with good range of flue installation components. Tutors experience and knowledge makes the course structure flow really well. Training centre well located and good site parkimg.
