Beware they always try to take extra 1 month payment if we want to cancel the membership. If we cancel the membership even on 2nd or 3rd of the month, they will still take the fee for the next month. So the 1 month notice is not really 1 month.
Initially I tried to freeze my membership for 2 months, as I was not able to use the facility. But they didn't process it, saying they can only hold the fee for medical reasons with supporting documentations. All they care is your fee and they are good in getting that in one way or other.

Excellent ambience in areas of swimming, aerobic classes & gym.
Will put feedback on other classes as & when attending.
Staff are brilliant and very helpful & knowledgeable.
Only slight criticism is there are some gym members who seem to take two sets of dumbbells for weights training, hogging and that’s selfish & I think the staff should proactively discourage this practice.
I am glad that the pool water is fairly warm and that’s a big plus, unlike other swimming pool at leisure centres.

My son does swimming lessons here, which he really enjoys. Lessons are one day a week & they also run through half terms, which is great. The kids can attend however many sessions it takes them to learn.
The only downfall is that the group sizes are a bit too big, in my opinion. They run too many stage groups at one time. Sometimes, the pool gets split into 4 sections, and there can be up to 8 kids in a quartersection of the pool, which stifles their ability to really progress. I really think this needs rectifying at some point as the teacher is watching so many children its slowing down the short session. The lessons are only 25-minute sessions, which I think should be longer.
However, the swimming coaches seem to be good & my son finds the lessons fun, which is great.
The gym itself is quite small (I don't attend the gym, but I feel I can comment), but there's a lot of classes. They run all times and days too to suit a lot of people.
The place is also generally very clean (minus when the kids have been in the changing rooms making a mess of it), but at all other times, the cleanliness is really good.

We attended Durga Puja celebrations here organised by MK Ananda Club. The leisure centre is set in a beautiful open location in Leadenhall. The facilities are clean and maintained well. The centre has ample parking spaces and from the number of people I saw around, I believe it's a popular place for swimming and other leisure activities.

Just joined this gym and it's really nice and great quality machine's and plenty loose weights.

Only issue is they don't have a water fountain in the main gym, although there's one outside the main gym but I think one should be inside Also so you don't have to keep going out for water.

I'd definitely recommend this gym to others

The facilities are great, although the amount of classes has gone down during acquisition by new owners.

Now to mirror feedback from others, some of the reception staff need training. I also take my kids to swimming lessons( as well as using gym and my son using junior gym) & having complained to reception that some parents hoard kids’ shower area and that’s not in-line with safeguarding measures, he looked at me like I was stupid and said that there is nothing they can do. The chap proceeded to say that all parents are told this on induction( I never was) & that there is no way to emails. reminder to parents who might not be aware( a lie as we had comms form swimming club before). Some members of front desk team let the who facility down - this is easily fixed with some investment in training.

I went to take my baby swimming for the first time which should have been a lovely experience however on arrival we were met with an extremely rude male receptionist who found it appropriate to make comments under his breath about my mum using the wrong door ( an innocent mistake). He was extremely rude and just wasn’t a pleasant individual. A bit of friendly customer service and a friendly smile wouldn’t go a miss.

I was enjoying aquafit classes but suddenly the class has
become too big. You have to be at correct depth for personal competence. Last two sessions were irritating due to insufficient space. It didn’t help that one person seemed incapable of staying own space.
