I worked as a supply teacher for ASPIRE for 6 years and Amanda was my contact. She was superb. Always on top of everything. Always had work for me and super supportive. I never felt alone when being placed at a school. My work I received from Amanda was mainly long term contracts as that’s what I wanted but she always had work for me if the term ended early and there was a week of work elsewhere. Never, was I out of work. She really hustles for you. Pay was always good and on time. Never a problem. I highly recommend Amanda and ASPIRE. You can’t go wrong.

After 20 years of full time teaching I dicided to work through various agencies.
Aspire has kept me busy ever since and Amanda Afzal has being instrumental in booking me in many schools over the midlands.

I have really enjoyed working with Mandy at Aspire. I was very impressed that my initial interview was arranged not only at my own convenience but also in my local area. Before writing this review I took the time to read about other people's experiences with Amanda at Aspire Leicester. my experience is as others have written and this points clearly to the consistently high levels of care that Amanda takes to ensure that staff are clearly communicated with and supported no matter what the circumstances. I have found her honesty and humour to be a tonic in these difficult Covid19 times and she is a reassuring presence in my working life.

I would give zero stars but that isn't possible. I applied for this agency weeks ago and they havent came back to me at all. Even after several times to try to get into contact with someone. The woman who was responsible for me told me she's gonna call me back which she never did, this happened twice. Even my text messages didnt got a respond I tried to call the Office and they didn't helped either. I talked to someone who also applied there and she told me that she had a similar experience with them. That's unprofessional. It's better to apply somewhere else. There are so many better Agencies who don't waste your time.

I have worked with Amanda A at Aspire for a couple of years now. During this time I have always found her to be very professional, approachable, friendly and understanding of my needs. She has proven to be very reliable and resourceful, often thinking 'outside the box' when sourcing placements. Of the three agencies I am registered with. Aspire is my preference.
I totally recommend working with this agency.
