Having reviewed most of the course materials and assessments available for these qualifications, I have found them appropriate and fittingly detailed without being at all fussy. The content flows naturally allowing the mastery of individual areas without being overwhelming so that even the most intrepid learner will gain confidence in their studies, step by step, topic by topic and have something to celebrate as soon as they get started.
Prior knowledge is not assumed and there are no gaps in the learning experience.
The Team are very enthusiastic and very responsive. They have worked extremely hard to bring about an excellent medium for the study of the Sage offer and have not been slow in adapting their product to suit the current climate and in many ways were working towards this solution before events forced matters. In addition, the organisation has adapted to the ever-changing needs of its customers, seamlessly, especially over the past two years with such initiatives as the Online Invigilation System.

These qualifications are comprehensively designed to ensure the recipients of the training are able to hit the ground running in their capacity either as an existing employee looking to upskill and enhance their career opportunities or as a new employee to the workforce.

During the pandemic Fiona and Tim stepped to help me continue to allow my learners to complete level 2. They offered me a solution to the Accounting Software unit by way of a 6 month licence for learners to continue to study at home and to sit their exam. This has been an invaluable resource, so much so, that I have continued to use it for regular training. Thanks for being there at a difficult time
