Great little venue, had the pleasure of visiting the function room part abd also the club part. Derek who runs it is a lovely guy. The place is very clean, bright, very reasonable cost wise for drinks, Can't wait to visit again.

I've just joined the members club for myself and my partner I've been made to feel very welcome . Had a few beers got to know a few of the snookering underworld 😂😂 a really great bunch of guys to man , can't wait to get back on the table and try my luck , I must be able to beat some one just need to up my game .

We love being members of walkden legion .they have great artists on Saturday night . In a comfortable concert room . My partner loves a game of pool in the great sports room . And reasonable price drinks .

Every now & then this British Legion social club has a Sunday all day Northern Soul gig and I can't think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon. It beats gardening, ironing and anything else us working Class northeners find ourselves doing on our justified day of rest. 60's Motown and 70's Northern Soul in its prime and there's not a kid in sight under the age of 50. There is a growing trend from younger people getting into this amazing period in soul music......get on your feet and dig the beat.
