An absolutely wonderful gym! Alex and Emma are incredible trainers who have created the most supportive, inclusive environment and community- it really is like no other. Whatever your fitness level or experience of gyms, you will receive a warm welcome! Fantastic equipment, varied classes that really push and motivate you and friendly faces- what more could you want?!

Been with AEPT, Alex & Emma for 7 years. The best thing I've ever done for my own physical and (as a result) mental fitness. Alex and Emma treat you as an individual and tailor to your own needs. Form is paramount to them and the new gym is an excellent new addition to what they can provide. They have created a superb team atmosphere among their clients and support is incredible. The moment I joined the AEPT community I was made to feel extremely welcome and instantly part of the team, my passion for exercising and keeping fit instantly reignited! Alex and Emma are extremely committed and devoted to the the wellbeing and progress of all their clients and cater for all needs and levels of fitness. What a place! From the first time you step foot into the gym, you are part of the AEPT family. The best team and support crew there is. Alex and Emma are both fantastic trainers, always offering a variety of classes and exercises to cater for any fitness level. They have seen me through many injuries, supported me losing 25kg, as well as pre and post natal training. One thing I will tell you, is you will NOT regret coming. Come and join the family, everyone is welcome ?

AEPT is like no other gym around. The minute you step through the doors, you are part of the AEPT family. Emma and Alex are fantastic personal trainers who always have your best interests at heart. Their workouts are great, catering to all fitness levels and abilities and there is a wide range of classes to choose from. I’d be lost without AEPT now.

I have been training with AEPT for 5 years now. Alex and Emma are so motivating, friendly and strive to make a real team atmosphere within the gym. I have made so many new friends since training with AEPT. The new gym is AMAZING!! The equipment is plentyful, its easy to park right outside and most importantly, the classes are so much fun!! I am heading to Portugal this year for my 2nd abroad fitness retreat with the gym. This is a yearly trip and everyone got so much out of it! If your looking to get fit the fun way, i cannot reccomend this gym highly enough! There are classes for everyone, whatever your age and ability.

Been training at AEPT for over six years. Initially it was to regain movement and strength after a back operation but then to improve overall fitness and mobility.

Alex and Emma are always very supportive and know when to push you to get the best performance.

Great sense of community at the gym and AEPT regularly field teams at popular events including HYROX, Battle Cancer, Tough Mudder and major marathons.

I'll tell everyone that the AEPT family (because that's what you get to be part of) changed my life. I was eating too much, was overweight and heading downwards. They got me to being in the best shape of my life. I am never judged, always made welcome and you won't find a group who will embrace and encourage you more than AEPT. Alex and Emma always wanted to create a community around fitness and health and they have certainly delivered that!
