Starting supply teaching with Career Teachers was the best thing I have done. This is truly down to the support I have got from Reena. All staff have been absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. However Reena has been a pillar of support. She has really looked after me by helpfully catering to my personal teaching needs and requirements. Contact and communication has been excellent and very professional. She really listens carefully and her transparency is refreshing and definitely respected. She is helpful in all aspects and is always at the end of the phone for any help or reassurance. Honestly, I did sign up with a couple of agencies, however after working with Reena, I would never want to work with another agency again.
After teaching for 25 years, I was reluctant, however I would definitely recommend Career Teachers to anyone looking for supply work. 5*
