The instructor, David, providied excellent training; not simply just enough to pass the theory or the practical but also through his personality and experience he provided superb instruction, tailored individual advice and guidance as to how to drive a forklift truck efficiently and safely and genuine additional real world wisdom that will help with any truck work applciations. He was more than a teacher he was a coach and mentor to all students - Three days a go I was a complete novice but I now feel really confident to use my new skills and believei I am 'industry ready'. More than I coud have hoped for.

I did the counterbalance forklift training at the Leicester site and found the course well organised with clear instructions. My instructor was very experienced and helped with any problems I initially had and within 3 days I felt confident to drive the forklift on my own
