Not a great experience ! I have a lively puppy who was visiting the groomers for the first time. He is sociable with other dogs and never has a problem. On collection I was told he had misbehaved and I should consider getting a behaviourist, which I was very surprised about as we do not have a problem with him at all. I was quoted £24 on the phone when I booked and charged £37 on the day. Unfortunately, I won't be going there again.

Would not recommend. Tried on 2 occasions. Both times had multiple problems with the finished cut. They seem to ignore any requests on how you want it done and to other extends just do a quick trim and miss the majority of areas. Did not trim face or beard, shoddy job on the fur to the extent any dog owner could do at home with an average pair of clippers. Dry shampoo’d and not even washed.

For £36 a dog I think this is an absolute disgrace. With my dog being my absolute world, I expect a decent cut and trim so she is looking and smelling great.

Will not return here and have found a much better alternative locally which at £36 a cut I consider value for money with the quality of the groom completed.

1 star, would give 0 if an option.

Have taken my pup twice now and each time the girls look after her so well and give her a great cut! They are always happy to answer my many questions as well, wouldn't take my pup anywhere else to be groomed!

My Daisy, an English Springer Spaniel has been going to Grrs2Purrs about 4 years now and she always look so good when I fetch her home. When we moved a few months ago I took her to a local groomer but neither of us were happy, so although the journey is now a bit further we happily take the trip and yesterday Daisy had her summer cut and looks super smart.

We fully recommend this establishment. Our Westie was extremely anxious prior to visiting Grrs 2 Purrs. The staff are fantastic and professional. He played in between cutting & bathing which relaxed him. His cut was excellent & styled just as we had requested. We will certainly take him back. Sometime ago a friend recommended Grrs2Purrs to me and I am delighted that she did.
My dog is always happy to go to them to be groomed and when I collect her she always looks beautiful, and there is much tail wagging.
I have since recommended them to another friend, who is also extremely pleased with the excellent service provided by Grr2Purrs.
