All the staff were lovely and will try and help you out. Hot water was hot and plenty of space in the bathroom, the room had a radiator I could control and bed was comfy for a good night's sleep!

Bonus biscuits, milk, coffee and tea sachets so I could make a drink in the office!

Dining area large and plenty to go at for breakfast if that's your thing, very happy overall. They were testing an evening manual but I couldn't partake unfortunately, looked good however!

Fantastic food by an exceptional chef (don't mind the small menu, it will accommodate everyone with something different every night). Comfy beds, powerful shower, quiet (other that the bathroom fan which I liked as it was like white noise, I didn't hear a peep off of anyone or anything), the rooms are small so if all you need is food, bed and shower, it's perfect. All of the staff in my stay have been accommodating and polite, this was an over all brilliant experience from a hotel, I'll be back.

Visited city for a family night and stayed at Kent’s hills park place, it is very good places at such a reasonable price. They have small reception desk , very nice and large dinning area, rooms are Fab with enough space, large bed and heating was good. Best part is access to health club got nice pool , jacuzzi and other modern spa amenities

Thing what was not okay :
1. Phone in room was not working
2. Considering place is big and out of city really appreciate if they keep two water bottle in room

The service down at the restaurant was fantastic, very helpful and kind staff. The rooms are decent enough, but nothing special. There's not much to do in the area, unless you drive, but saying that, it doesn't look bad. Lot's of green and nice scenery. The best part about this hotel is definitely the staff. Particularly Ornella, She was very kind and helpful.

Great place to stay. Very basic but visited while staying for work. Nice enough room, the dinner was nice and they had a big choice. Chicken is halal here.

Breakfast was nice and loads of options. They have loads of parking and you have to register you car at reception.

Not much to do nearby and no shops. Have to drive so location isn’t the best compared to other hotels.

We usually have our annual conference elsewhere but this year we relocated to Kents hill. It was a far nicer experience. The rooms were better with comfy beds. The food was great and had lots to choose from. The staff were great, special thanks to Mirela on reception in Nightingale house who went above and beyond!

The ambience of the centre is great. The room is clean. As someone who is particular about cleanliness, that was a 10/10 for me. The staff are great and always ready to help. I took note of Ganesh who assisted me and my friends when we needed help in the dining room. The food was alright. Loved the fruit and the Thai curry

We enjoyed our 2 night stay . The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent.|The room is good but rather small but of course you can upgrade if you want more space. |Some reviews have commented that this is like a student residence but as I was a student way back in the 1960's that was part of the attraction.|I would only mention 2 negative aspects from our point of view. If you don't have your own transport you will need to rely on taxis to go anywhere. A taxi to the town centre will cost around 8 pounds.|The other point is the price of drinks ( beer and wine) which considering the category of the hotel were excessive. |Apart from breakfast we didn't eat in the hotel but we saw what was on offer and it looked good value.|All in all I would say a very satisfactory experience and thanks to the helpful members of staff.
