My daughters have been attending Kiddi Caru since they were 11 months old. (They are now almost 4) The staff have always been kind and caring towards the girls which puts me at ease. They enjoy going into nursery and talk fondly of the staff. On first impression, the building can feel a bit small (which is out of there control as it wasn't built for purpose) However, they've continued to try and make improvements with the space they do have and the children can enjoy the outside areas too.
One of my daughters (twins) has a heart condition and is administered medication once a day with the nursery staff. I feel reassured she is in safe hands and I have daily updates regarding medication, food, fluids etc. Via the app.

I would recommend this nursery to family and friends! Thank you xx

I found that the staff at Kiddi Caru made the daunting experience of my little one starting nursery easy, they are all friendly and experienced and my son was comfortable right away.
I get daily updates via the app which is brilliant, photos of the days activities and constant communication from management with any updates or events. I am extremely happy and can’t thank all the staff enough. Also a special shout out to Dee and Matthew who are amazing and my little one has made a special connection with in the short time he’s been there.

Our little one has attended Kiddi Caru full time for the last two and a half years. Their care and support has been invaluable to our family. Staff take time to understand everything about your child - character, likes, dislikes, where they need support to help them on their learning journey and are happy to work with outside agencies to support them with any disabilities - physiotherapists, speech therapists, SEND. Their onsite chef provides an amazing range of nutritious food and introduces fussy eaters to so many different flavours and textures. The learning subjects are varied and interesting - set topics to explore and learn, even from a young age, which establishes a good understanding and routine for their school transition. Outdoor play is encouraged every day, whatever the weather, and is included in their learning framework - growing vegetables, water experiments, learning about nature, encouraging them to try the more difficult play equipment to develop their dexterity, balance, imagination and courage. Staff are always available to discuss your child, whatever your concern is. Would definitely recommend.

The staff that work in the Caterpillar's and Hedgehog’s team have been amazing with our child. She has learnt so many new skills across many developmental areas and her social skills have improved no end! She comes home everyday talking about the staff and her friends. The staff in both rooms are caring and attentive to our child’s needs and they know her so well. I have full confidence in leaving our little one with them. We receive regular updates through the Grandir app and seeing photos of what our child has been up to each day is a really lovely way for us to feel part of the nursery experience.

My daughter is always happy when she's coming back home from Wise Owl's. She found many friends there and as well she's talking alot about lovely ladies which one taking care of her. I have always peace of mind when Mia is in a nursery because I know she's under a good care and I don't have to worry about her.
