Never ever answer phone, have a useless long winded application process, video interviews, only to be ghosted. Then get more emails asking me to do video interview again. Phone numbers often dont work, those that do just go to voicemail, you leave your name and number as requested, then they never ring back.

My son worked for caterpiller threw ranstad nearly a Yr as a company u realy need to look at who your allowing to employ your staff .ranstad you are a joke your rules to your staff are beyond fair u give people a warning and threaten with the sack if there of work wheather thats sick late or any other reason no wounder your turn over is appaling. My son had no complaints to from anyone did all he was asked dis all his training on site and passed but still not good enough even when u couldn't b bothered to tell him he had no work he turned up but that was ok cus u could then turned up with tonsillitis sickness and diarrhoea to beg to go home but still had to return the next day you should be ashamed or yourself then to be sacked as u say he was 1min late but he clock in thob was broke disgusting these are peoples life's your playing with and for caterpiller look at what's going on in your company

Very bad experience working with them for 2 years. I had 37 hours left from my last year which had to be paid by the end of 2022. Its been 2 weeks of 2023 dint receive my payment and now they say they cant pay whats gone is gone.
