Great compliance and training tools. We use Smartlog as a main compliance tool for the whole multi academy trust (8 schools) and have done this for several years now. It is also great monitoring , scheduling and training tool for any educational establishment.
Technical support is also second to none.
I would highly recommend it.

One standout feature i its user-friendly interface, making it simple for both administrators and employees to navigate the platform. I've been using Smartlog for nearly a year now, and it has become an essential tool for managing compliance and safety in our school. As a Site Manager, I appreciate how it simplifies what could otherwise be a complex and time-consuming process. From automated reminders that help us stay ahead of compliance deadlines to comprehensive e-learning modules that ensure all staff complete mandatory training, Smartlog keeps everything organized and running smoothly.

One of the standout features for me is the incident reporting and risk assessment tools—they make safeguarding students much more manageable by allowing us to log and address potential risks proactively. The platform’s ability to centralize everything related to health and safety has made our school environment not only safer but also more efficient.

That said, I do feel the interface could use a refresh to make navigation more intuitive, and having more customization options would be a welcome improvement. However, these are minor trade-offs considering the practicality and effectiveness of the system.

The portal is good and the back up from the team is great. I would like to be able to change some options on the system but understand this is not always possible. We use the system for helpdesk, accident reporting and training and it suits us great. I would like the opportunity to offer help to develop it further as a property maintenance portal to suit our needs.
