I have just completed my level 4 Certificate in Education and training with The Teacher Trainer. Firstly I will complement the staff, the tutors are very good. Knowledgeable on all things teaching, and provide helpful, constructive feedback.
The admin staff are also very helpful, and assist very quickly with any technical issues.
For my course I had six modules of learning, with an essay to complete after each, as well as three recorded teaching sessions that I had to send in for my tutor to observe and provide feedback.
Unfortunately, the web-based platform that The Teacher Trainer used was new, and had a lot of glitches, which did cause some delay and frustration, but it was worth sticking with it for the quality feedback and advice given.
Being able to complete the course on-line was also useful because I could fit it in around my current job.
I would definitely recommend the course, even with the glitches there is plenty of time allowed to complete it, and I feel that I have learned a lot.

I was recommended by a friend and I’m extremely satisfied with the results!
I completed the level 3 AET (PTLLS) in 9 days with hard work, grit and determination! The course was exceptionally presented and easy to navigate around, with a vast amount of useful and knowledgeable information to dig your teeth into!
The prompt constructive feedback and recommendations was wonderful for your continuous development.
I received ongoing support from my tutor Phenil, who was always just a message or call away, was a great added benefit.

The Teacher Trainer are a professional company and provide excellent customer service. I did my PTTLS Level 3 course with them and I learnt alot. I liked that it was online but you don't feel isolated because whenever you have a question you can contact the tutor and always get a timely response. I can't recommend The Teacher Trainer enough!

WORST TRAINING PROVIDER EVER!
I became ill which meant that the last part of my course did not upload properly. Since then I have been battling via email because the company had refused to give me a free extension even though I provided NHS proof of this (which they asked for) and now they are threatening me. I have had to email Training Qualifications UK and Highfield Qualifications as they are an incompetent business.
We are still in a GLOBAL PANDEMIC and Phenil really lacks any empathy. I have had 5 months of no income so even when I did agree to pay the £120 re submission fee just to get my work looked at the company refused because I took over 1 week to reply! Now I am faced with more stress from this company when they could refund me my money so I wouldn't have to chase this constantly! Would not recommend they are better trained companies to deal with.
