I’ve really enjoyed going to the Foundation class at Restart. Hannah is a fantastic teacher, explains every move clearly, has a great natural flow from one move to the next, and is very in tuned with the class (pushing or easing the moves where needed). Having been to a few other class outside of Restart really highlighted how great it is! The Oxford Road location is a little small but nice and bright and always clean. Would highly recommend!

If you’re thinking about starting reformer Pilates and you’re not sure where to start then start here, Restart reformers is honestly one of the most welcoming places to be at any level. Min and Emily are both absolutely fantastic at what they do, they know their stuff and keep it fun whilst training hard. They are such lovely genuine people. The studio is gorgeous and very aesthetically pleasing with free parking.
Every class is different so you never know what to expect which keeps it varied and fun with different use of weights and props! All of their classes are 60 minutes long which is great as most others are 45 minutes!

I definitely won’t be going elsewhere as this studio offers everything and more!

I have been attending restart for one month now. The results are impressive. I feel so much stronger.

The studio and teachers have such good energy.

The classes are fun, challenging and upbeat.

Restart has a great sense of community and all teachers are very encouraging.
Min's passionate is contagious! She has so much experience.

The morning classes are great and have such a good vibe to set you up fresh for the day ahead. Great music and beautiful studio!

Min’s classes are absolutely phenomenal. The best in Manchester by far. Firstly, classes are on hour long so you can actually get a full workout in before having to cool down again. Secondly, free parking! Min is an incredible instructor who truly knows each one of her clients and customises each class to each person depending on their abilities - changing the springs or increasing the weights for you as your progress. You will always have a full body workout each and every time. Not only that, but Min is personally the most generous and kind person I think I’ve ever met, and I have made a true friend in her and I think everyone does who starts her classes. Everyone and all abilities are welcome and that’s why people don’t leave once they start!

An amazing set of reformer pilates studios.The instructors are also incredibly supportive and lovely.

It's my first series of exercise classes since uni (10 years ago) and I'm loving feeling stronger and more balanced! From a novice, it's been a great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to tone up in Manchester.

Being able to choose between studios has been great- can't wait for the new studio to open onin Deansgate (especially with the AI and robot tech that's being incorporated)!!

I absolutely love this place. I started Reformer pilates at the end of November and now go 3-4 times a week. Min and Emily are wonderful people and fantastic instructors. They're extremely friendly and always smiling. They offer a variation of beginner, all level and dynamic classes. Therefore you have a choice at what type of class you want to attend. I would recommend restart to anybody! I've said to Min (the owner) My only regret is that I didn't start sooner. 😊

I’ve tried all the reformer studios in Manchester and this was by far the best! Min was super encouraging and the exercises she put us through were the perfect amount of burn. Absolutely loved this one!!
