I have recently completed my Level 4 with Megan as my coach and i can not sing her praises enough! She was patient with me and super supportive throughout the entire course, understanding the pressures of the job role alongside the course. I needed to take an exam for functional maths 2 as part of my apprenticeship.
Sara, my maths tutor was very kind and helpful throughout my learning.
The resources I was given helped me polish my skills, and the exam process was a lot easier (taken remotely) than I thought it was going to be.
I also knew if I didn’t pass I could re sit.
I fortunately passed and now feel more confident.

Following my previous training provider going into administration I continued my training with The Apprentice Academy.

The whole process ran smoothly, I was quickly allocated a new Learning Coach, Emma and she has fully supported me throughout the last fourteen months.
All meetings went ahead as planned, I was fully informed of my progress along the way and always encouraged to aim high. As a result, I achieved distinctions in all three assessments with an overall distinction grade.
