Had a great experience at this training salon. I got full head colour, wash and blow dry. My hairdresser was Elise and she was so lovely- very polite and attentive and did a great job with my hair. She even curled it for me at the end too. Really happy with the result and for such a good price! Will definitely be back.

Came in for a simple men's haircut with my partner. Was told to sit down until somebody came to cut my hair. There was a hairdressing class going on in the same room with a group of students. The manager / teacher announced to them who 'wants' to cut their hair, and whilst sitting next to the class, they all give excuses not to cut hair (one even saying they have an allergic reaction...). We were both left waiting for over 20 minutes with nobody checking up on us. We left and the manager later followed did apologise so fair play, he can't exactly make young people change their demeanour and become enthusiastic. Although just a very unprofessional environment and abysmal service.

I have never worked in a place so unprofessional in my life. I was bullied and humiliated and had no support at all. The management team new what was going on and only when I had my induction 4 months after I worked there that management said they were aware of it and did nothing. I am shocked they have been going for so long . I did my training there many years ago and was so excited to start my job that began my hairdressing career . Please don't go for a job here as if you don't fit in you will be bullied and managed out.

Would not recommend. I have been scammed of buying tickets for a concert by one of the learners at this establishment called Caitlan Quick. She has blocked me, however is continuing to scam others. I contacted the company to inform them, as personally I would not want someone part of my company who could possibly do this to one of their customers? Their response was little to none and ignored my further messages. I just wanted to create awareness, as this company clearly has a lack of care towards their customers.

Bad Experience, Waited like 1 and half hour . I did like the way she cut my hair bangs ~ Lucy. It’s all training staffs so expect it to be like that ! And staff shortage. Since I was the person who came first and they cut my hair at last . I’ve been waited like 2 hours.

This is the second time I cut my hair and I am very satisfied with the work done.
Prepared staff from the start of the appointment to the end, where the result is impressive.
The good spirit prevails in the group, which makes you feel good as a customer and excellent communication.
