I started women’s kickboxing about 1.5 months ago. I wasn't sure if I would like it, but I met with the team, and I love it. Mukta is a fantastic trainer, and everyone in the class is very friendly. I'm enjoying every session. Thank you, K.M.M.A. Team!

Me and Jake my 8 yr old started kickboxing classes Wednesday and again today and we are absolutely loving it, its a family class so we can do it together and its family run.
They are really friendly and patient and welcoming, highly recommend, 5☆

I can’t recommend Karl, Mukta and their family high enough. My husband and I attended the sound bath relaxation class on a Friday night. Before we went I asked a few questions to Karl due to medical issues. Karl answered all my questions and reassured us. The family made us feel welcomed and relaxed from the first moment we all met. We look forward to our monthly sessions Thanks 🙏 ❤️

We go as a fmaily and the experience so far has not only been informative in regards to defending/protecting ourselves, but it's also a positive and encouraging atmosphere between staff and students. Excellent !! Family orientated self defence classes.

Both the Girls joined and were made to feel part of the group from the get go.

They have grown in confidence both within the group exercises
And also in their self.

We all look forwards to the Friday night classes that are just the best.

I joined the Women’s Kickboxing about 2 months ago and I just love it. It’s a friendly welcoming atmosphere and Mukta is a passionate, patient and enthusiastic teacher. As an older woman with physical disabilities I wasn’t sure this was right for me but how wrong could I be. I already feel stronger and my balance and posture is improving all the time. I thoroughly enjoy the sessions and feel so much better both mentally and physically for having joined. Thank you

My children went to their first clas on Friday 13th September and absolutely loved it..buzzing they was and already asking when can they go back. All staff we lovely and welcome and always put the children first. Everyone there was so inviting. Would definitely recommend, from 1 lessons the children learnt so much. Thank you
