I've had a wonderful experience with MOL learning for the CIPD level 5 Course in People Management. Particularly, Ryan answered all my (many) questions, and made the process as seamless as possible. Special shout out to Julie and Micheal for their support.

I decided to start my level 5 with them and I am absolutely loving it. The tutors so far have been really informative and great with answering queries from all learners.

Fantastic service from Ryan Horne, I wasn't able to take the call that followed after my interest form was submitted. He responded quickly through whatsapp and answered all my questions and had the application form sent through so quickly.

Not what I expected at all – They don’t even follow Government Guidelines, yet they’re “accredited”!

I was told the course had audio and video — in reality, it’s all text-heavy with no proper reading format. If you remember the old-school PDF viewers where you click to turn each page, it’s like that… but with tiny writing, and when you zoom in, everything goes all over the place. And then there’s the “audio” — a robotic, outdated text-to-speech that you have to highlight manually.

Its modern feature is some marvellous PowerPoint slides that actually does have a human or human sounding voice with bonny pictures… 🙃

For me, support was mega rubbish — slow replies, not helpful. But honestly, the biggest issue came before that: the platform is just not readable its out dated tech. I have a bit of dyslexia and normally find a workaround for anything but this got me so frustrated, I mean this platform clearly doesn’t follow even the most basic government guidelines for accessibility infact its actually discriminatory against a certain type of user in my view.

The Goverment guidline state something like digital learning content should be designed with accessibility in mind. The British Dyslexia Association also frown upon training delivery such as this. If you have dyslexia or any visual impairment, I honestly don’t see how you’d be able to learn from this at all.

There was no onboarding — I had five things marked as complete in 30 minutes just from clicking around trying to figure it out. I’m good with tech and still had no clue what I was meant to be doing, reached out and I'm still no further forward really.

And the kicker? I later found out you don’t even need to do the course with MOL to sit the exams, I can learn the materiall elsewhere.

Really poor experience would not recommend this compnay for the platform, delivery or support levels.

I would love to share an image showing how outdated the platform is but worry they then may appeal my review so dare not post as this is within guidlines and is a honest review.
