They bully people and insult people and they act like they are better. They have no staff and everyone always leaves after a couple of months when they realise the illegal activities that happen in both haulage and skip side of business. Staff who stay there are the ones who ‘suck’ up to the owner and got no choice other than stay there because they have taken mortgages out based on that job and salary they get. They expect you to work before you start and after hours as well and have a ‘passion’ for their business during non work hours and when you do work non work hours and expect pay; they feel insulted as they think it should be an obligation.
