Service was amazing! We just wanted drinks and a waitress came over while we were still in the queue, took our order, and told us to just grab a seat outside—she’d bring them over. Super chill vibe. Menu looked really good too, definitely coming back to try the food!

Second time trying this brunch/cafe out, first time I was disappointed with the food but blamed that on my choice. I’m not against expensive brunch spots where the food and service deliver but with Green Lab, the staff give off ‘we’re NQ, too good for you vibes’, the service was pretty poor - very cold reception and the food and coffee thrown on the table with any convo, cutlery, napkins or even the simple question of would you like some sugar or anything else by that matter. When i didn’t make the journey for some cutlery and sugar I was able to get some free food that was still attached to my dirty spoon which was an added bonus. The ‘Maple protein pancakes’ at a staggering £12.95 looked like a kid had thrown it together but had zero taste or texture, very sloppy but the worst thing of all was the ‘maple strawberries’ that looked and tasted like they’d been picked from the aldi reduced section 3 days prior. I don’t think they’re meant to be fizzy or sour. Very very poor over all experience, however the flat white was nice but at £4 a go i’d expect nothing less - I’d recommend this place for a quick picture for your insta story but wouldn’t recommend actually eating the food after that. Don’t be tricked by the appearance of this place.

Venue was modern. Food looked clean. Service was dizzy. Plants were gasping.

New place for us with great ambience and an excellent welcome. Coffee was good and the smashed Avo was delicious. Bizzarely, lamb sausage featured as an ingredient on a vegetarian option which we said to take out, lamb sausage arrived anyway - what a shame. We told the server what had happened and she didn't know how to react and was surprised when we said the order was wrong. We were left hanging for ten mins whilst the servers tended to everyone else. We had to remind them of our wrong order which they'd forgotten about. No time to wait for a replacement so we paid what we'd eaten and left.

Owner seemed genuinely sorry so we'd go back, on this one occasion the experience was lacking and one of us left hungry.

Because they forgot to service our food, the restaurant provided the drinks on them as an apology. The food, drinks, and service were great.

Great place for a healthy lunch or a snack + coffee.

I usually get the "do it yoursef style bowl" which I think is good value for money. Some of the other items are a little hit and miss at times, but overall I would recommed.

We went here for brunch today and the experience was so poor, we will not be returning. The food was cold and the chicken in the wrap looked pink. From the start the staff were rude and attention to detail was really bad. They charged us for dips even though it wasn’t stated on the menu and when she offered them to us, the waitress didn’t tell us there would be a fee. No one checked in with us the whole time we were there and when we asked for the bill we were told to give them a minute by a very rude member of staff (then proceeded to wait over 15 minutes even though they were quiet). Overall, don’t visit here it is expensive for a bad experience.

A small, cozy little place serving some fantastic coffee. Very good service, and friendly staff! We were a bigger group of people, and they helped in moving some tables over to accommodate us!

We had a latte, an espresso (double), a matcha latte, an iced mocha and a regular mocha. Everyone enjoyed it!
